WHAT TO EXPECT

Hey!
I want to thank you for considering Sarah Hutchings Photography! If you choose me as a photographer, you are choosing not only to have your pictures taken but to partake in an experience. So let me tell you a little about what you could expect.

SCHEDULING:

Upon scheduling your date (I get booked up very quickly in the fall, so plan ahead), we will arrange a time to chat about the details of your shoot! I will also send over a little questionnaire to get to know a little more about who I‘m photographing.

BEFORE THE SHOOT:

Once we schedule a date for your photoshoot, you will have access to my “What to wear” and style guide checklist. I know this can be daunting, but I am here for you every step of the way. Many of my clients send me texts with pictures of different clothing choices and I help them narrow down.

DURING THE SHOOT:

The one thing that I hear over and over again is that my photoshoots are FUN! I am so thrilled to hear this because I want you to look back at these pictures with fond memories of a fun experience. I try to ease everyone out of being uncomfortable and feeling awkward, and instead, to enjoy the moment with each other. So get ready for the fun to begin!

AFTER THE SHOOT:

We will set a date for your Reveal night (the most fun of all!), which will be about two weeks after your session.  In the meantime, I will try to get a couple of sneak peeks on Facebook for you.

REVEAL ORDERING SESSION!!:

Get ready to be spoiled! This has been a client favorite. I come to your house, with an amazing dessert from a local bakery. While enjoying the goodies, we‘ll go through your gallery of fully retouched images. On this night you will be offered special Reveal Collections and Collection pricing (no client has passed this up since I started offering it). Not only will I walk you through the ordering process, I have also been known to help clients figure out picture placement in their home. I can even design wall galleries incorporating photos already hanging from years past.
